Investment management platforms

These platforms have been built to enable deals to be transacted in a managed environment. They provide a structure and framework to the negotiation and data presentation process, allow founders to track multiple discussions and combine marketplace and data storage features to facilitate investment deals. They work in the same way as a crowdfunding platform, but for more sophisticated transactions.

An Australian example is Criisp, which was created by Wholesale Investor to leverage their network and bring it together in one space for the benefit of both investors and founders seeking capital.
